 The Villa Nova Resort motel was built in 1964. It is only two stories tall but takes up the entire block. The next block over was where the Captains Table Restaurant once stood.

 The Biscayne Motel was built in 1968. Its large playful neon sign lights up southern Wildwood Crest at night. The Biscayne took over the Bali-Hi Motel. Because of this expansion, the Biscayne now has two pools and oceanfront rooms.

 The Apollo Motel was built in The 1960's. Around 2001, the Apollo added a 3rd level, thereby getting rid of its triangular oceanfront roof line. The motel's rooftop neon sign is damaged with the A and the L missing so it does not light up at night.

 The Blue Marlin motel is a classic motel in the southern portion of Wildwood Crest. The original neon sign is rusty but it still works, and all the motel rooms still have their original gold curtains.
