The Swan Resort Motel was a two-story beachfront motel on Stockton road. Its most memorible feature was probably its larger than life neon sign, which was saved and now is on display at the Doo Wop Museum neon sign garden.

A great example of Doo Wop design, this motel was torn down in 2006. The oceanfront lot still sits empty.

Hi-Lili Motel

The Hi-Lili motel was named after a popular song at the time. It stood next to the Kona Kai motel. It was demolished in 2006 along with the rest of the motels on the block.
