 A longtime fixture on New Jersey Ave. in North Wildwood, A&amp;LP has happily served generations of visitors to the island for over half a century. The oversized rooftop neon signs on the north and south ends of the building are hard to miss when coming from either direction, particularly at night. This institution remains family owned and operated, and is open all year round.

 A restaurant on the premises of the Pan American Hotel, Alosi's Bistro was built in a Neo Doo Wop style. Its small but eye catching neon sign lights up a bright white color at night to match the Pan American's entrance sign.

The Athens Restaurant stood on the corner of 25th and Atlantic Avenues. It looked very modern when it debuted due to its large glass surrounding windows and low overhanging roof, much like the style of the nearby Olympic Restaurant. After the Athens Restaurant closed in 2003 it sat vacant for five years. In 2008 it re-opened as Jimbo's Restaurant.

Built in the same Building as the original Midtown Lounge, and after Maureen' s Restaurant moved out, The Blue Olive Restaurant was also built in a Neo- Doo Wop style. It even used the same gigantic martini glass for its sign as Maureen's restaurant.
