From a 10/24/2004 article in the Philadelphia Inquirer "Wildwood Dims Lights". The Owner Jeff Wenz indicated selling the Motel to a Developer with the intention to demolish the building. The Notre Dame had been a long time fixture on the Surf Avenue strip.
