 A restaurant on the premises of the Pan American Hotel, Alosi's Bistro was built in a Neo Doo Wop style. Its small but eye catching neon sign lights up a bright white color at night to match the Pan American's entrance sign.

Built in the same Building as the original Midtown Lounge, and after Maureen' s Restaurant moved out, The Blue Olive Restaurant was also built in a Neo- Doo Wop style. It even used the same gigantic martini glass for its sign as Maureen's restaurant.

 The Blue Palms motel was formerly the Midtown Motel. It was purchased by the Morey's and renovated in a Neo Doo Wop style. As its name suggests, the plastic palms scattered all over the motel are actually blue!

 Coastal Broadcasting decided to build their headquarters on Pacific Avenue and made the wise decision to do it in a Doo Wop style. By doing this, they cleaned up their block in that part of town and used lots of neon. The Coastal Broadcasting Plaza looks great at night when you drive by. Currently they have two radio stations, 98.7 The Coast, and 106.7 Coast Country.

 Owned and operated by Paul Russo, Cool Scoops is a retro-50s ice cream parlor, and one of the island's best examples of Neo-Doo Wop architecture. The existing structure once operated as the Golden Way Motel. Put a quarter in the Juke Box, reminisce in their retro diner room, or just relax and watch your favorite oldies on their Vintage Television.
