Casa Bahama Motel
7301 Atlantic Ave.
Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260

The Casa Bahama motel was a very unique motel because of its A-frame structure. Its classic neon sign's tubing was removed and a floodlight was mounted to the top. The motel was destroyed in the big condo boom along with the three other motels on the block which included the Kona Kai Motel, The Hi-Lili Motel, and The Dunes Motel.

El Coronado Resort
8501 Atlantic Avenue
Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260

(609) 729-1000

A more modern Hi-rise hotel, The El Coronado was completely renovated for the 2007 season. All the rooms were completly renovated, and a new blue exterior color was added. When it was first built, it was done in a Polynesian / Tiki style, but has long since been redone. Although to look at it today, it looks like it was built in the Vroom Style with many sets of angles balconies, giving evidence that it is indeed an older building.
